Hi there!
My name is Violetta and I’m a foodie from Austria. I have always longed for delicious, simple and healthy snacks or meals. Since I have never really found such ideas on the Internet, I wanted to create them myself in order to inspire other pupils / students or even working people. On my blog I’m only cooking/baking plant-based dishes, using 100% vegan products. Not just because I love animals more than anything else, I want to show young people around the world how simple and tasty, dishes without any animal products, can be.
I have already created a selection of great recipes that are super easy to copy for everyone. (click here) And the great thing:
They are made exclusively from plants, are practical to take along and are also not even expensive.

My recipes are mainly intended for everyday use, but I’ll also post recipes for an things like halloween, christmas, birthdays etc..

Vegan (protein) brownies (fudgy & delicious)
Hi! These are my first and best attempt at making vegan brownies, wether you like a normal sugary version or a bit healthier one that doesn’t contain any industrial sugar & are high in protein. They’re both delicious & fudgy and satisfy every sweet tooth or craving after chocolate.

Vegan gingerbread cookies (simple & easy to make)
Hi! Now there two kinds of people, the ones that love some good gingerbread for xmas time and the ones who prefer vanilla/sugar cookies ! XD They are lightly crispy on the edges and super soft on the inside. This recipe can also be used as a basic gingerbread recipe, which can be varied with some chocolate, flavours & toppings of your choice! Give it a try 🙂 Enjoy!
Vegan starbucks triple chocolate cookies
Hi! Now these cookies are for all the chocolate-lovers out there! The triple-chocolate cookies from starbucks are crispy on the outside and lightly soft on the inside. That’s what I’ve been trying to do as well, just with a vegan version. This recipe can also be used as a basic cooky recipe, which can be varied with a lot more chocolate, sweets & toppings of your choice!

Vegan Starbucks belgian waffle (easy & yummy)
Hi! The starbucks veganized series continues with these amazing belgian waffles ! Unlike other waffles the belgian ones are made with yeast instead of baking powder. They turn out golde, crispy and delicious. Together with some various toppings like berries, maple syrup and more, an unforgettable dessert!

Vegan starbucks lemon loaf (easy, moist & delicious)
Hi! This yummy, vegan lemon loaf recipe is moist, sure of success, has an amazing lemon glaze and is so easy to make. It’s egg & dairy free, is a super nice remake of the starbucks lemon loaf! With the version I made (I used for half of the sugar erythritol), each piece is absolutely perfect! Give it a try 🙂Enjoy!
Vanilla-blueberry muffins (vegan & yummy)
Hi! These are moist, delicious vegan blueberry muffins, made with simple pantry ingredients and frozen blueberries! They are perfect as a last-minute dessert for family & friends! They taste absolutely amzing and are SO easy to make. You could even vary the fruits you’d like to mix into the batter. For example, respberries, strawberries etc. 🙂

Hi! This yummy, classic vegan banana bread recipe is moist, sure of success, and so easy to make. It’s egg & dairy free, has an oil-free option, and is the best banana bread ever! With the version I made (contains sugar and oil), each piece is absolutely perfect!

Choclate energy-balls (vegan & healthy)
Hi! I think everyone sometimes craves something sweet. But fruits won’t always satisfy these cravings. But it’s the opposit with those energy balls! They are of course vegan, easy, sweet and filling. The nice thing about this basic recipe is, that you can vary it the way you like it.

Hi! This recipe is perfect for summer but also whenever you’d like to eat a vegan frozen yogurt in a few minutes! In comparison to a “nice cream” or smoothie bowl, it is a very light but super delicious snack/breakfast/dessert & more! There are lots possible variations of this basic recipe. 🙂

Hi! Christmas is over and I feel like having a nice fresh salad made of carrots and apples! This one’s perfect as a side dish or just for eating it as it is. It’s great that you can store it in the fridge & is even better to eat later! Again: Quick, easy, healthy AND delicious! 😉

Vegan pizza-waffles
Hi! These pizza-waffels are, vegan, super easy to make and taste exactly like a fresh made pizza. Just in waffle-form. ^-^ They’re perfect as a warm dish or as a cold eaten snack for school. As this recipe is just a base of the pizza-waffle, you could still add some vegetables of your choice into the dough or some freshly sliced tomatoes on top. Enjoy!
Why “study tasteful”?
Pupils have a well-planned and sometimes stressful everyday life, that’s why it is extremely important to provide your own body with delicious and nutritious food in order to promote not only health, but also concentration, receptivity and much more. I like eating something healthy instead of eating something sugary when I’m feeling stressed. Nowadays there are tons of options for recipes on social media that are quick, easy and vegan. I want to be part of it in order to inspire others with my ideas.
