Hi! This dessert tastes as good as it looks, simply heavenly! Perfect for all the caramel lovers out there. Warm apples, coated in creamy caramel with a slight note of cinnamon. As a topping for vanilla rice pudding, a perfect dessert for the cooler autumn and winter days.
- 125g rice pudding
- 500ml plant-milk
- 2 apples
- 3 tbsp plant-milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- (opt.) some vanilla
Step by Step Instructions
Put the pudding rice, vanilla and milk into a pot and cook it for 20 minutes.
Cook the apple sclices with some oil in another pot. Now add the cinnamon mixture and stir it.
Slice the apples into small pieces. Now mix cinnamon, sugar and milk in a small cup.
When the apples are soft and soaked in caramel, you can finally enjoy it with the pudding rice.
