About this Recipe

Hi! This famous avocado cream is perfect for food like Chilli sin/con carne, mexican dishes or just simply with some tortilla chips as a snack! It’s a delicious and basic recipe that I really wanted to share, as it is an essential side dish for me. Enjoy! 

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon/lime juice
  • tbsp (heaped) onion
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 80g tomatoes
  • some salt + pepper

If you like, you can also add some cilantro as in the original recipe of guacamole.

Extra tip:
For a more intense taste you could simply add some cayenne pepper. 

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a mixing bowl. 

Step 3

Add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Give it a taste test and add a pinch more salt or lime juice if needed.

Step 2

Mash the avocado with a fork and make it as chunky or smooth as you’d like.

Step 4

Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips or any other dish of choice. Enjoy!
