About this Recipe
Hi! What a new and fun way to make pizza! So easy, and perfect for lunch, as a snack or sharing with friends. You can variate the filling of the rolls, just like cinnamon rolls. You can even freeze them to eat them later.

Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 1/2 package yeast
- 130ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100g tomato sauce
- 1-2 garlic gloves
- some vegetables

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Knead all the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl. Then place in a warm space for 30 min.
Step 3
Roll it up and cut 2 cm thick pieces and place it on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.
Step 2
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Spread the tomato sauce on it. Add some vegetables.
Step 4
Put it in the oven at 180*C for 15 minutes. Add some more herbs and enjoy!
