About this Recipe

Hi! This is one of my favourite snacks during schooltime. It’s perfect during a little break or while studying. Optional, you could put some veggies on top!

 

Ingredients

  • 250g flour
  • 150ml water (lukewarm)
  • 1/2 bag dry yeast
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g pizza-sauce
  • 1 garlic glove
  • some herbs/spices

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients together and pour the oil into it. Now slowly add the water and stir it.

Step 3

Let it rest for 30 minutes until it has grown and looks kinda fluffy. Take it out of the bowl.

Step 2

Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the inside of the bowl. Place the dough into the bowl and cover it.

Step 4

Knead the dough and form around 6 small pieces. Put them into the oven for 5 minutes. (325 °F /160 °C)

Step 5

Now, take the tomato sauce and coat the bread-pieces with it. Sprinkle some herbs, salt and pepper on top.

Step 6

Mix one tbsp olive oil with one chopped garlic glove and put it on the pizzas as well. Put it for another 5 minutes into the oven.
