About this Recipe
Hi this is my super tasty salat that contains a lot of nutrients to give you power throughout the whole day! The dressing has avocado instead of oil in it, which is pretty yummy !
- 200g lamb’s lettuce
- 1 avocado
- some vegetables you like (tomatoes/pepper)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sliced onions
- 1 chopped garlic glove
- 1/2 tbsp squeezed lemon
- some freshly ground salt & pepper
- (opt) some crashed nuts (e.g. walnuts)
For the recipe you can use any kind of salad, depending on the season you’re cooking it.
For some delicious carrot stripes I always use a peeler for it. Works perfectly fine 🙂
Step by Step Instructions
Wash the salad well and cut the vegetables
Mash the avocado and put some lemon juice in it. Mix garlic, onions and vinegar with the avocado cream, put some pepper and salt into it
Cut the onions and the garlic into tiny pieces
Pour the dressing onto the salad, top it with some nuts and voilà!
