About this Recipe

Hi! This recipe is perfect for summer but also whenever you’d like to eat a vegan frozen yogurt in a few minutes! In comparison to a “nice cream” or smoothie bowl, it is a very light but super delicious snack/breakfast/dessert & more! There are lots possible variations of this basic recipe. 🙂

Ingredients

  • 200g vegan yogurt (e.g soy)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 100g frozen fruits of choice
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetener
  • some Toppings (e.g banana)

You can use any kind of vegan yogurt but I can really recommend a vegan “Skyr” because of the nice thic consistency.

Extra tip:
I mostly use frozen berries such as strawberries, blueberries etc. To sweeten everything, I’m using date syrup. You can also use maple syrup or just whatever you like!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Take the yogurt, scoop 5 tbsp of it on a plate and put it in the freezer for 2 hours.

Step 3

You can now serve it with some banana or berries, cocoa nibs, coconut flakes etc… Enjoy!

Step 2

Mix the fruits well with the frozen yoghurt scoops. Now add the yoghurt, vanilla and sweetener.
