About this Recipe
Hi! This is my refreshing raspberry ice tea that is absolutely perfect for a hot summerday! It is also possible to make this recipe with other sorts of berries. It is a really great alternative to the store-bought ice teas, which contain a lot of sugar and artificial sweeteners.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 tea-bag tea
- 1/4 cup (frozen) raspberries
- 1 tbsp (brown) sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- lemon slices/mint (optional)
For the recipe you can use any tea you like, may it be a herbal one like peppermint, chamomile, thyme etc. or something fruity instead like apple, berry…
Extra tip:
Don’t throw away the tea bags, put them in the fridge for 20 minutes and use them as eye3-pads to to prevent dark circles

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Make yourself a cup of tea and let it cool down to room temperature. Now put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Puree the raspberries with a spoon/fork and poor the mixture in the cold tea and stir it.
Step 2
If your berries are frozen, put them in a bowl and let them thaw. Or heat them up in the microwave for 30 secs.
Step 4
Strain the tea into another glass, add the sugar and lemon juice. Add some ice cubes and enjoy!
