About this Recipe
Hi! This granola cereal recipe is simply filling, nutritious and healthy! You can eat it as a cereal, as a topping for yogurt/smoothie bowls or just as a snack ✨ It’s crunchy, full of nuts and oats which contain important nutrients like calcium, iron and vitamin E, B…🌿 Give it a try 🙂
- 150g oats
- 45g nuts (for example 3 sorts of nuts)
- 100g mashed apples
- 2-3 tbsp sweetener
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 30g dried apples
- a pinch of salt
You can use any kind of sweetener, for example maple syrup, date syrup or just like me some coconut sugar.
I like to use various nuts like almonds, walnuts & hazelnuts, so I use 15g each. Also you can also change the recipe with things like:
▫️ chocolate chunks
▫️ peanut butter
▫️ dried strawberries
▫️ vegan white chocolate
Step by Step Instructions
In a medium-sized mix all the dry ingredients together. I’m using various nuts. (15g each)
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put it in the oven at 180*C for 10 minutes.
Add the mashed apples and stir everything while adding some sweetener.
If the granola isn’t soft but crunchy, you can take it out of the oven. Enjoy!
