Hi! This SUPER fast and delicious mud-cake that tastes like freshly made cinnamon-rolls are THE perfect after school-dessert. As it’s fast and easy, it’s a great way to make when you’re in a rush but you’re craving something sweet. And let’s be honest: what is better than a cinnamon-flavoured cake, done in under 5 minutes 😉 ?

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 6 tbsp (plant) -milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1+1 tsp oil (sepereated)

You can add any kind of topping such as apples, nuts, chocolate, (vegan) cream-cheese frosting and a lot more!

Extra tip:
For a healthier version you could simply use maple-syrup, dates or any other natural sweetener instead of sugar. Also you’re free to use coconut oil instead of margarine.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients together but make sure that you use the white sugar and add the milk.

Step 3

Meanwhile, mix the brownsugar, cinnamon and 1 tsp oil in a small bowl. I prefer brown sugar because it’s more aromatic!

Step 2

Pour the oil into the mixture and slowly stir it. Now put it in the microwave for 1 minute at 600 w.

Step 4

Take the mug and scoop out a bit of the doug. Now fill that hole with the cinnamon. Microwave it again for 30 sec. Bon appétite!
