About this Recipe

Hi! This vegan mango lassi is light, creamy, fresh and absolutely perfect as a cool snack! It‘s free of sugar and very healthy as it contains mango, turmeric, ginger etc. I think you could even add some protein powder! This way it‘d be a perfect pre-workout snack 🙂 Enjoy! 

Ingredients

  • 100g vegan yogurt
  • 100ml plant milk
  • 1 banana
  • 150g mango
  • 50g sweetener
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • a pinch of vanilla

You can use any kind of ground nuts but I decided to take almonds like in the original cinnamon star recipe. I replace the egg with some more water and flax seeds.

Extra tip:
I personally prefer them soft and juicy that’s why I do not bake for long. If you would like them a bit crispy, just put it in the oven for a bit longer.

Blend all the ingredients together and add plantmilk as you like it. More thick or runny.
